When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number and practice name if given, and the message itself. If you subscribe to our monthly newsletter, whether through the contact form or a signup form on this site, we collect your name and email address.

How we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide accounting, tax, payroll, and advisory services. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your name and email address only to send it, and every issue includes a link to unsubscribe. Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed through Netlify, our website hosting provider, and delivered to the firm's email at langaccountants.com. Newsletter signups go to Sender, the email service we use to send the newsletter, which stores subscriber names and email addresses. This website is hosted on Netlify's servers.
Client engagements
If you become a client, your engagement is with Lang Accountants & Advisors. Any documents, financial information, or other records you share with us as part of an engagement are governed by the confidentiality standards that apply to CPA firms, not by this website policy, and are exchanged through the firm's secure client portal rather than this site. We do not use anything submitted through this site, or shared during an engagement, for any purpose beyond serving you.
Your choices
You may ask us to delete information you have submitted through this website at any time by emailing hello@langaccountants.com. We will honor that request unless we are required to retain records for legal, tax, or professional-standards reasons.
